Tender/Estimation Executive (Civil)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates and rate analysis.
- Prepare tender documents, quotations and comparative statements.
- Review drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Support tender submissions and project costing.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in civil construction estimation/tendering.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, costing and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- B2B & B2C project experience preferred.
