We are seeking an experienced Office Admin. The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves coordinating office activities, managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling general clerical duties to support organizational productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary, organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Develop and maintain a filing system (both physical and digital).
- Handle administrative requests and queries from staff and management and coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
- Managing helpdesk, plumber, lift operator, housekeeping staff, Stationery, etc.
- Manage daily office operations, including cleanliness, utilities, access control, and overall facility upkeep.
- Coordinate internal communications such as notices, updates, and memos.
- Electricity maintenance, managing the guards and liaison with Manpower agency.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Experience in vendor management and office procurement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
