Job Profile - Production Supervisor – CNC / VMC Machine Operation (Only for Pithampur Localite)
Job Summary
Experienced Production Supervisor with 5+ years of expertise in CNC / VMC machine shop operations, production supervision, and quality control within automotive and manufacturing industries. Skilled in managing shop floor activities, achieving production targets, reducing rejection rates, handling manpower, and ensuring smooth production flow while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily CNC / VMC machine shop operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Monitor production planning, machine utilization, setup time, and process efficiency.
- Maintain quality standards by minimizing process rejections and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolve production and machine-related issues.
- Handle manpower allocation, operator performance monitoring, and shift management.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, control plans, safety standards, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams for smooth workflow.
- Monitor production records, rejection reports, and daily shift-wise performance reports.
- Support TPM, Kaizen, and 5S activities to improve productivity and workplace discipline.
- Train operators on machine operation, quality standards, and process improvements.

Key Requirements & Qualifications –
- Education: A Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred; a technical diploma with strong experience is often acceptable.
- Experience: Proven experience in a production department with at least 5-8 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
