- Greet guests politely and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, explain daily specials or promotions, and answer any food-related questions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and respond to additional requests.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and side stations.
- Ensure that all items ordered are accurately billed.
- Present checks to guests and handle cash or card payments as per billing procedures.
- Coordinate with the cashier and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
