We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality architectural visualizations for residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing realistic 3D renders (exterior and interior), supporting design communication, and ensuring visual outputs align with project intent, timelines, and client expectations.
Experience: 3 Months to 2 years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop photorealistic 3D views for architectural projects including exteriors, interiors, and site perspectives
- Create conceptual and presentation visuals during various design stages (concept, schematic, detailed design)
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams to understand design intent and visualization requirements
- Apply materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and entourage to enhance realism and presentation quality
- Ensure consistency with design drawings and specifications while generating 3D outputs
- Make revisions and updates based on internal reviews and client feedback within defined timelines
- Maintain organized render libraries, assets, and project files
- Support in preparing presentation boards, walkthroughs, and marketing visuals when required
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max
- Proficiency in rendering engines such as V-Ray
- Working knowledge of Photoshop / post-production tools for image enhancement
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, color theory, and material application
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BIM models
- Strong visualization and artistic skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving approach with ability to translate concepts into visuals
- Adaptability to evolving design changes and project requirements
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
