We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Executive / Salesman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, and selling a wide range of electronics including second-hand/used smartphones, laptops, tablets, and related accessories like screen guards and cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their requirements, and guide them to the right products (Smartphones, Laptops, and Tablets).
- Product Knowledge: Clearly explain the specifications, condition, and pricing of both new and second-hand/pre-owned gadgets.
- Upselling Accessories: Actively promote and sell value-added accessories such as screen guards, tempered glass, pouches, chargers, and earphones.
- Screen Guard Installation: Accurately apply screen guards and tempered glass for customers' devices without bubbles or dust.
- Stock Management: Keep track of available inventory, ensure products are neatly displayed on shelves, and report stock shortages.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in mobile, laptop, or electronics retail sales is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mobile brands (Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.), laptop specifications, and gadget conditions.
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam (and basic English/Hindi is a plus).
- Education: High School (10th/12th) or Any Degree
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
