Microsoft Exchange Server Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Exchange Server Administrator to manage and support enterprise messaging infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and performance optimization of Microsoft Exchange environments while ensuring high availability and seamless email communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
- Manage mailbox creation, migration, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot mail flow, email delivery, and Outlook-related issues.
- Configure and maintain SMTP connectors, transport rules, and email routing policies.
- Perform Exchange Server upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
- Manage Exchange backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
- Configure and maintain Database Availability Groups (DAG) and high-availability environments.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Hybrid Exchange environments.
- Implement and maintain email security policies, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Work closely with Active Directory and Windows Server teams for user and access management.
- Monitor server performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling production support and critical incidents.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management.
- Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 certifications will be an added advantage.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Budget
- Up to ₹8 LPA for candidates with 4.5+ years of experience.
- Up to ₹17 LPA for candidates with 8+ years of experience.
- Up to ₹32 LPA for candidates with 15+ years of experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale messaging environments.
- Ability to manage critical incidents and work in production support environments.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 migration and hybrid Exchange deployments is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,129.65 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
