About Position:
We are looking for an experienced IT Vendor Management Manager to oversee vendor relationships, procurement operations, contract management, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT hardware and software procurement, vendor negotiations, contract renewals, inventory planning, cost optimization, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations while supporting global business requirements.

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end vendor management and procurement activities.

Handle contract renewals, vendor negotiations, and supplier performance management.

Procure IT hardware, software, and related services as per business requirements.

Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Maintain procurement records including vendors, invoices, contracts, pricing, and discounts.

Prepare cost analysis reports and support budget planning activities.

Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and escalations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.

Evaluate new vendors based on quality, pricing, certifications, accreditations, and service capabilities.

Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing requirements proactively.

Ensure supplier compliance with contractual and organizational requirements.

Coordinate with global teams and site facilities teams to ensure smooth delivery and operations.

Analyze market trends, pricing models, and sourcing opportunities.

Resolve vendor-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage procurement processes in accordance with company policies and governance standards.

Support Change Management, Problem Management, and ITIL-based operational processes.

Ensure documentation accuracy and audit readiness for procurement activities.
Expertise You'll Bring:

8-12 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related functions.

Strong experience in IT hardware and software procurement.

Experience managing vendor contracts, renewals, and negotiations.

Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.

Experience with purchasing, inventory, or procurement management systems.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Strong knowledge of market research and supplier evaluation processes.

Experience in budgeting, cost optimization, and financial analysis.

Strong negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing supplier performance and compliance requirements.

Ability to identify sourcing opportunities while balancing quality and cost.

Experience monitoring inventory levels and procurement planning.

Knowledge of Change Management, Problem Management, and ITIL practices.
