Job Description – Safety Officer
Location: Gram Brahman Pipliya, District Indore – 453771 (M.P.)
Salary: ₹30,000/- per month
Position: Safety OfficerJob Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of all safety policies and procedures at the plant/site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare corrective action reports.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and maintain safety equipment.
- Coordinate with departments for emergency preparedness and fire safety measures.
- Maintain compliance with Factory Safety norms and government regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience as a Safety Officer in manufacturing/factory environment preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Candidates with career gaps and stability issues will not be considered.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Offered salary may vary (higher or lower) depending on candidature and last drawn salary.
