- Risk Assessment & Hazard Mitigation: Conducting routine inspections of the job site to proactively identify and eliminate unsafe acts or conditions.
- Compliance & Enforcement: Ensuring all workers adhere to company guidelines and local labor laws, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Safety Training & Briefings: Leading on-the-job training, orientations for new employees, and regular safety meetings.
- Incident Investigation: In the event of an accident or injury, they secure the area, oversee medical attention, and conduct root-cause investigations to prevent recurrence.
- Bachelor’s Degree: UG / PG degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or any related
- Experience: Practical experience in a safety-related role is essential for advancing into supervisory positions minimum 2 years to 10 years experience
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
