Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to drive B2B lead generation and pipeline development within the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
You will play a key role in building and managing the Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, email, databases, and other channels
- Research and identify target prospects within pharmaceutical manufacturing companies
- Connect and engage with QA, QC, Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, and Procurement stakeholders
- Generate and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Maintain CRM records, lead trackers, and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness
- Track campaign performance and report on lead generation metrics
What we are looking:
- 5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
- Pharma industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools + familiar with AI tools for marketing.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Target-driven approach with strong research capabilities
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering or related field + MBA (Preferrable)
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
