TaskVirtual is urgently hiring experienced International Call Centre Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain accurate call records and update relevant information.
- Follow company processes and meet assigned performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or call centre.
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Must be available to work entirely from the office.
