We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Kolkata office. In this role, you will represent our Dubai real estate business, assisting clients in exploring premium property investment opportunities in one of the world's fastest-growing real estate markets.
Working closely with our Dubai team, you will manage qualified leads, conduct investment consultations, and guide clients through the complete property buying journey—from enquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage qualified property investment leads provided by the company.
- Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable Dubai property opportunities.
- Conduct investment consultations, presentations, and client meetings.
- Educate clients about the benefits of investing in Dubai's real estate market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective investors.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into successful bookings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and sales pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with the Dubai sales and operations teams for bookings, documentation, and transaction support.
- Stay updated on new project launches, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property investment, luxury sales, or a similar client-facing sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in presenting investment opportunities to clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with an international team while representing premium Dubai real estate projects.
