Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, and market conditions.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Pleasant personality with client-handling skills.
- Freshers passionate about sales in real estate are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Gurugram/Delhi NCR real estate market will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)
