Eligibility Criteria:
MBA in Human Resources with 12+ years of relevant experience in HR generalist functions and expertise in the domains below.
- Payroll management with a strong understanding of payroll processing and salary structuring.
- Proven ability to manage & resolve employee grievances.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
- Monitoring and reviewing employee and departmental performance.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
