Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, social media, and databases.
- Generate and qualify leads for software development services.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings and product/service presentations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Track sales activities and submit regular progress reports.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of software development services and technology trends.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and goal-oriented.
- Prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
