- Manage overall spare parts operations and inventory.
- Ensure optimum stock availability and inventory control.
- Monitor parts ordering, procurement, and stock movement.
- Improve parts sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with service and sales departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and OEM standards.
- Lead and develop the spare parts team.
