Designation - Customer Service Coordinator
Job Location - Vasai
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive service requests, complaints, and breakdown calls from customers.
· Receive, log, and track service complaints and requests in the CRM system
· Assign service calls to engineers and coordinate schedules effectively
· Monitor service tickets and ensure adherence to SLAs
· Follow up with engineers and customers until closure of service calls
· Update service status, visit reports, and resolutions in the CRM accurately
· Maintain service records, warranty details, and AMC information in CRM
· Coordinate spare parts requirements with stores/procurement teams
· Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the Service Manager
· Prepare daily/weekly service reports from the CRM system
· Support customer communication regarding service status and timelines
· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Complaint Handling (Manufacturing or Service industry preferred).
- Experience in CRM ticketing systems is mandatory
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
