Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting digital marketing initiatives, managing social media activities, coordinating with external digital marketing agencies, and assisting in the execution and monitoring of online campaigns. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage and update the company's social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with external Digital Marketing Agencies for campaign execution, content planning, lead generation activities, and performance monitoring.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the Digital Marketing Agency for day-to-day marketing activities.
- Share marketing requirements, campaign objectives, and project briefs with agency partners and ensure timely execution.
- Review and coordinate approval of creatives, social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials developed by the agency.
- Track campaign performance and follow up with agency partners to ensure marketing goals and deadlines are achieved.
- Assist in monitoring SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives managed by the agency.
- Monitor website traffic, lead generation performance, and digital campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Prepare and maintain marketing reports, campaign summaries, and performance dashboards.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging digital marketing trends.
- Coordinate with internal departments for content, branding, and promotional requirements.
- Maintain marketing databases, content calendars, and campaign records.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualification & Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and online marketing channels.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website analytics.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Understanding of content marketing and email marketing.
- Basic video editing skills will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,208.63 - ₹33,806.35 per month
