Candidate have must experience in Pharma Manufacturing Unit
1. To perform work activity as instructed by Engineering head / plant head and responsible for routine activities in absence of Engineering Head.
2. Review and verification of engineering work execution as per related SOPs.
3. Provide training to improve system reliability, healthiness and work safety. Approve the tasks in Learn IQ.
4. To monitor routine operation / maintenance of all equipment's and verification of records for enhancing effectiveness.
5. Co-ordination with different departments for engineering scheduled / unscheduled activity for maintenance/service complaints/requirement/ system availability etc.
6. To record observations, deviations, breakdowns and report the same.
7. Initiation and closure of QMS documents such as change controls, incidents, CAPAs, deviations etc.
8. Prepare, review and update SOPs and ensure availability of logbooks / formats, Issuance and retrieval of documents.
9. Ensure availability of Spare and consumable and maintain inventory.
10. Technical support for investigation of market complaint, incident, deviation when applicable.
11. Conduct internal audit (self-inspection). External audit compliance.
12. Review and verify generated documents of Engineering department for compliance of ALCOA.
13. Any additional work assigned by HOD/plant head.
14. In absence of employee, employee of same field shall be responsible to carry out the activity.
Education : D.M/D.E./B.E./M.Tech
Experience in Pharma minimum 08 Years
