About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Team Leader – EV Bike Sales to lead and drive the sales performance of our electric motorcycle dealership/showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales consultants, achieving sales targets, enhancing customer experience, and contributing to the growth of the EV business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise EV bike sales and market penetration.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, inquiries, test rides, and customer conversions.
- Ensure achievement of showroom sales objectives and revenue goals.
- Drive up selling opportunities for accessories, extended warranties, and value-added services.
Team Management
- Supervise, mentor, and coach Sales Consultants to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Identify training needs and provide continuous product and sales skill development.
- Maintain high team morale and foster a performance-driven work culture.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Address customer concerns, objections, and escalations professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, leads, and post-sales interactions.
Lead Management & Business Development
- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, events, corporate tie-ups, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase footfall and brand visibility.
- Maintain an effective lead tracking system and ensure optimum conversion rates.
Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor activities, government subsidies, and market developments.
- Train team members on product specifications, technology, charging infrastructure, and EV benefits.
- Provide regular market feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
