Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our in-house content team at Refer My College. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in editing short-form viral reels and green screen long-form talking head/tutorial videos.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Create engaging viral-style edits with fast cuts, captions, sound effects, motion graphics, and transitions
- Edit green screen videos with proper background replacement and visual enhancements
- Edit long-form talking head and tutorial videos with clean cuts, overlays, subtitles, and graphics
- Add subtitles, motion text, B-roll, and visual effects to enhance engagement
- Ensure videos are delivered on time while maintaining high quality
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team for creative execution
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro (or equivalent tools)
- Strong understanding of social media trends and viral video formats
- Experience with green screen editing and color correction
- Ability to create engaging captions and dynamic text animations
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio balancing
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience preferred (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
