About Us
We manufacture premium luxury stainless steel furniture and architectural metal products with world-class fabrication and PVD finishing standards. We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Head who can independently handle stainless steel furniture fabrication and lead execution on the shop floor.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically very strong, understands luxury furniture finishing, and is comfortable working directly with fabrication teams and machines whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Production Execution
- Independently handle stainless steel furniture fabrication activities.
- Read and execute fabrication drawings accurately.
- Work hands-on on the shop floor whenever required.
- Guide fabricators, welders, and polishers in achieving premium finish quality.
- Ensure proper execution of:
- Argon /Laser welding
- Grinding
- Polishing
- Assembly
- SS finishing
- Furniture structure alignment
- Solve fabrication and technical challenges during production.
Product Development & Fabrication
- Develop fabrication methods for luxury furniture products.
- Suggest improvements in fabrication design and structure strength.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and premium finishing standards.
- Coordinate with design teams for practical execution feasibility.
Team Handling
- Lead and supervise fabrication workers and contractors.
- Train shop floor teams on quality and fabrication techniques.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and workmanship standards.
Quality Control
- Ensure luxury-level finishing and detailing.
- Reduce rework, rejection, and material wastage.
- Monitor welding quality, edge finishing, joint alignment, and polishing quality.
Machine & Process Management
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of fabrication tools and machines.
- Improve fabrication methods and shop floor efficiency.
- Develop SOPs for fabrication and finishing processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in stainless steel furniture fabrication.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Stainless steel furniture manufacturing
- Argon/Laser welding
- SS polishing and finishing
- Luxury furniture fabrication
- Architectural metal fabrication
- Candidate should be capable of working practically on the shop floor and not only supervising.
- Strong understanding of luxury finish expectations and detailing.
- Ability to independently execute projects from drawing to final product.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving ability.

Educational Qualification
