Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our Trivandrum clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, aesthetic clinics, or the hospital industry, with strong expertise in patient calling, lead conversion, and appointment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into appointments.
- Coordinate consultations and maintain the appointment schedule.
- Provide accurate information about treatments and procedures.
- Maintain patient records
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for seamless patient management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, aesthetic clinics, or the hospital industry.
- Hands-on experience in patient calling, lead follow-up, and appointment conversion is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in plastic surgery or cosmetic/aesthetic clinics.
- Candidates with hospital patient counselling, or customer relationship experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
