- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve site-related issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
2. Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Track project milestones and report delays.
- Coordinate manpower, machinery, and material availability.
3. Quality Control
- Ensure construction quality complies with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Conduct inspections of ongoing work.
- Verify workmanship before approving completed activities.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
4. Material Management
- Estimate and verify material requirements.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Inspect delivered materials for quality and quantity.
- Coordinate with the procurement department for timely material availability.
5. Measurement & Billing
- Record work measurements.
- Prepare contractor running bills.
- Verify subcontractor bills.
- Maintain measurement books (MB).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
