Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, handling customer queries, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Generate leads and close sales.
- Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management.
- Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Sales or telecalling experience preferred.
- Ability to convince customers confidently.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
