What would you do? What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? The role is expected to build an in-house B2B digital content capability which traditionally is managed by creative agencies. He/She is responsible for leading and building a central above market team in developing and managing B2B digital content as per business requirements for designated markets globally. He/she is expected to have a strong understanding of End Markets’ campaign plans & business priorities. This role plays a critical part in overseeing the B2B Digital Admin and B2B Digital Content teams, ensuring the effective execution of B2B platform setup, data administration tasks, and digital content development and management in alignment with business requirements
What are we looking for? •Microsoft Excel ESSENTIAL Experience Required Minimum of 6 years of working experience in Digital Content Marketing Experience in managing creative & digital marketing team Experience in account management, including stakeholder engagements, client relationship management Preferrable from digital marketing/ creative agency background Experience in content development/ management tools (preferable platforms Adobe Creative Cloud, Synthesia, Playable for gamification etc.) and Online CRM Platforms Experience in coordinating with cross-functional & above market teams Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required (Please put the most critical information and reflect it in the first 4 points) Experience with AI-assisted translation tools to support copy adaptations in local languages Experience with CMS tool Experience using platforms for visual, video generation & upload Leadership capability to manage team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects effectively. Roles and Responsibilities: •The role is expected to build an in-house B2B digital content capability which traditionally is managed by creative agencies. Must demonstrate proficiency in content creation, including the design and development of graphics and visual assets in line with brand standards. This role is responsible for leading and building a central above market team that supports B2B content development and platform administration for the End Market. Have good understanding of organization B2B Digital Channel Strategy and Priorities. Act as the creative lead for platform communications, developing innovative concepts aligned with the strategic direction set by B2B Digital Manager Proactive learning on latest creative trend & events to lead creative outputs Ensure that B2B campaign communications are aligned with relevant B2B digital touchpoints for: Manage the team to ensure deliverable of contents within B2B platform, such as visual, copy adaptation video and gamification. Maintain a content library to manage assets, briefing and deliverables on a timely manners Translate strategy into compelling, on-brand communication ideas, coordinating with copy, motion, and design teams to ensure consistent look & feel in line with platform and brand guidelines. Manage and localize content across multiple markets, ensuring EM inputs are accurately reflected while adapting messaging to local nuances and proactively proposing 360° campaign concepts (e.g. interactive campaigns and thematic activations). Effective task delegation within the team to support the End Market with content management and platform administration requirements Ensure all required governance are obtained prior to upload and execution on the B2B platform and meet service level agreements The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, designated B2B digital executives to ensure B2B plan is executed on time in full. Proactively being updated with new digital communication trends and share cross industry insights
