We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 months - 1 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong internship experience can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
