Job Description:
We are looking for a Computer Operator Cum Telecalling Executive to manage telecalling activities, maintain records, perform data entry tasks, and support day-to-day office operations. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess good communication and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Maintain records and update databases accurately
- Handle emails and basic office coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email handling
