We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day construction site activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil works, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain records of work progress.
- Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and preparation of BOQs.
- Verify measurements for contractor billing.
- Resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with senior engineers.
- Maintain proper documentation (drawings, reports, work schedules, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Understanding of safety practices and site procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
