Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, admission counselling , and assist in lead generation. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students .
- counselling of students regarding different courses
- Maintain records of calls and candidate details.
- Follow up with leads to ensure closures.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi/English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fresher/experienced both can apply.
