Location: Mohali (Work from Office for 3–6 Months, followed by Remote Working)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in software sales, preferably in the education sector. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, and closing deals with schools and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations for schools.
- Schedule and attend client visits to meet school management, principals, and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation and customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Software Sales, EdTech Sales, School ERP Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and school visits.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred
- Experience in selling School ERP, LMS, Fee Management, Attendance Management, or other educational software solutions.
- Existing network within schools and educational institutions will be an added advantage.
