Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with team members to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable and perform efficiently. This position focuses on addressing unique business requirements through innovative software development practices, contributing to the overall success of projects by continuously enhancing system capabilities and functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow FSO platform.
- Configure and customize FSO applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Develop and maintain Customer Lifecycle Operations, Complaint Management, KYC, Credit Operations, and other FSO use cases.
- Build and enhance case management workflows for financial services processes.
- Develop integrations with external banking, insurance, CRM, and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
- Configure service definitions, assignment rules, SLAs, workspaces, and reporting dashboards.
- Create and maintain custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow development frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and product owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutio
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure automation and deployment using Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and configuration management tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
