Location: Udyog Vihar Phase V, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana

Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Negotiable)
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant with proven expertise in USA Car Rentals and handling PPC-generated inbound travel leads. The ideal candidate should be capable of converting customer inquiries into bookings while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries generated through the PPC process.
- Assist customers with USA car rental bookings and related travel services.
- Generate new reservations and manage booking modifications, cancellations, and extensions.
- Provide accurate information regarding rental policies, pricing, and vehicle options.
- Maintain proper follow-up with customers to maximize booking conversions.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the booking process.
- Achieve sales and conversion targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in USA Car Rentals.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in USA Travel Sales.
- Experience handling PPC-generated customer leads and converting inquiries into sales.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM and travel booking systems is preferred.
