Job Summary
The Business Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting Offenso Hackers Academy's training programs, expanding business opportunities, increasing brand visibility, and generating quality leads through strategic marketing initiatives and business development activities. The role focuses on building strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, and industry partners to drive student admissions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrolments.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with colleges, schools, training institutes, and corporate organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional partners, placement cells, HR departments, and industry stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate offline and online marketing campaigns with the digital marketing team.
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Support the admissions and sales team in converting enquiries into admissions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Offenso Hackers Academy at exhibitions, career fairs, industry events, and networking programs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, lead reports, and business development updates.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and institutional partners.
- Achieve assigned business development, marketing, and admission targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, education marketing, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and marketing skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
