Fynd is an AI-native unified commerce platform headquartered in Mumbai, India. We help enterprise retailers and large store networks bring together what typically sits in silos—online commerce, in-store operations, and logistics—into one modular, scalable stack. Trusted by 300+ enterprise retailers and supporting 20,000+ stores, Fynd powers end-to-end retail execution: build and run high-performance websites, sell across marketplaces, modernize store experiences, and automate logistics and supply chain workflows. Our platform is designed for speed, accuracy, and scale, enabling teams to launch faster, operate smarter, and deliver consistent customer experiences across every channel.
About the Role
As a PGM-2/3 on the WMS team, you will be the connective tissue between business strategy, product vision, and engineering execution. You will own the WMS product roadmap end-to-end from identifying whitespace opportunities in warehouse operations to defining features, leading cross-functional squads, and ensuring successful, high-quality launches. You will work closely with senior engineering and platform architects, represent the WMS product in leadership reviews, and mentor junior PGMs within the team.
What will you do at Fynd?
-
Define and own the WMS product roadmap, translating warehouse operations strategy, merchant SLAs, and platform scalability needs into a prioritised, milestone-driven plan
-
Lead discovery for complex WMS domains: inbound logistics, inventory management, pick-pack-ship workflows, returns processing, and multi-node fulfilment orchestration
-
Partner with Platform Architects to drive system design reviews, evaluate trade-offs in microservices architecture, and sign off on technical approaches that meet product goals
-
Own sprint health and delivery quality across multiple engineering pods simultaneously, managing dependencies, unblocking escalations, and driving accountability end-to-end
-
Establish and track product growth metrics for WMS: fulfilment rate, SLA adherence, inventory accuracy, warehouse throughput, and merchant NPS
-
Drive adoption and rollout strategies for new WMS capabilities with merchant onboarding, ops, and support teams
-
Mentor and up skill junior PGMs, conducting document reviews, setting execution standards, and building a high-performance team culture
-
Experience working with or managing products for both domestic Indian markets and global enterprise clients; understanding nuances in compliance, SLA expectations, localisation, and communication styles
AI-Augmented Way of Working
-
Use AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, GPT-4 or equivalent) to prototype WMS workflows, generate PRD drafts, build internal tooling, and accelerate technical spec reviews
-
Champion AI adoption within the squad: define prompting standards and build reusable AI templates for PRDs, RCAs, and sprint retros
-
Leverage AI-assisted data analysis to surface warehouse performance insights, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-backed improvements
Some Specific Requirements
-
Proven track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end from 01 launches to scaling existing systems to high transaction volumes
-
Strong grasp of warehouse operations: slotting, wave planning, barcode/RFID-based tracking, carrier integrations, and last-mile handoffs
-
Hands-on experience with API design reviews, data modelling, event-driven architectures, and database schema trade-offs
-
Ability to write crisp, unambiguous product specifications — functional flows, edge case matrices, and acceptance criteria that engineering and SDET teams can act on without clarification
-
Comfort navigating ambiguity in large, multi-stakeholder environments — ability to build alignment and drive decisions without direct authority
-
Data fluency: comfortable writing SQL queries, reading dashboards, and building business cases grounded in warehouse KPIs and operational data
-
Strong executive communication — ability to tailor technical narratives for business audiences and present confidently to senior leadership
Good to Have
-
Exposure to OMS / TMS.
-
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
-
Prior work with large enterprise logistics networks.
-
Familiarity with fulfilment automation (conveyor systems, WCS integration).
-
JIRA / Confluence power user with strong sprint hygiene practices.
