Vtrust Opticals is a fast-growing optical retail network committed to quality vision care and operational excellence. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Optical Manager – Finance & Inventory to manage stock and financial operations across multiple branches.
Job Summary
The role involves end-to-end responsibility for inventory control, purchase management, and accounts coordination to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all optical units.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor inventory across all branches
- Ensure accurate stock tracking, audits, and reporting
- Handle purchase planning, vendor coordination, and billing processes
- Oversee accounts-related activities including invoicing and reconciliations
- Maintain proper documentation of stock and financial records
- Analyze stock movement and reduce wastage or stock loss
- Coordinate with branch teams for stock requirements and updates
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration
- Experience in inventory and accounts management (optical/hospital experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of stock management systems and basic accounting
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Preferred Candidate
- Experience handling multi-branch operations will be an added advantage
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
