We are looking for a confident and friendly Student Counselor / Telecaller to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Call and guide students interested in our courses
- Reply to WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries
- Follow up with leads and maintain lead tracking sheets
- Schedule counseling appointments for weekend sessions
- Support the senior team in converting hot leads
- Ensure every enquiry is contacted within 24 hours
Requirements
- Strong Tamil communication skills
- Friendly and professional personality
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and smartphones
- Willing to make outbound calls daily
- Freshers are welcome — training will be provided
- Must be based in or near Pondicherry
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary from Day 1
- ₹300 incentive per student enrollment
- Monthly earning potential up to ₹14,500
