About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 4 years of experience in the IT sector.
For Freshers: You will undergo a 3-4-month training program to learn bidding on sales portals like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Freelancer etc., and understand our sales processes.
For Experienced Candidates: You will be responsible for bidding and generating business opportunities on various sales portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Prepare proposals and submit bids on relevant sales portals.
Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-have: Good written English communication skills.
Good-to-have: Verbal English communication skills.
Proactive and target-oriented mindset.
Interest in IT services and digital solutions.
Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
