Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, warm outreach, and targeted cold calling. [1, 2]
- Client Engagement: Understand customer needs, present tailored product features, and conduct live remote demonstrations or consultations. [1, 2]
- Pipeline Management: Track and update all interactions, lead stages, and sales metrics using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce or HubSpot. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Closing & Upselling: Negotiate pricing, overcome client objections, and close deals while identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities. [1, 2, 3]
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rates, and monthly revenue quotas. [1, 2]
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, tele-sales, or relevant B2B/B2C sales environments. [1, 2]
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone or digital channels. [1, 2, 3]
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and standard business productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
