Job Responsibilities:
- Complete machine setup and prove-out
- Tool setting, offset correction, and troubleshooting
- Program loading and manual 2d program making
Skills Required:
- Experience in Turn-Mill and Sliding Head machining
- Knowledge of live tooling, Y-axis operations, sub-spindle operations, and bar feeder systems
- Understanding of GD&T and quality requirements
Machines:
- Haas DS-30Y Turn-Mill Center
- Tsugami B0326-III Sliding Head CNC Machine
Experience Required:
- 3–8 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on machine setup and operation experience
- Knowledge of Fanuc/Haas controls
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,742.99 per month
