At CRAFTON Global LLP, we are on a mission to build a strong and innovative brand in the backpack and travel gear segment. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Backpack Designer to join our team in Mumbai.
Role Overview:
We are seeking someone who can blend functionality with aesthetics, creating designs that are not only visually appealing but also practical for everyday and travel use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative and market-relevant backpack concepts
- Develop sketches, tech packs, and product specifications
- Work closely with production and sourcing teams
- Stay updated with global design and material trends
- Ensure quality, usability, and durability in designs
Requirements:
- Experience in bag/backpack or accessories design
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction, and fittings
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
