Position Overview:
The organization is seeking a dynamic and professional Executive Assistant / Travel Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and travel support. The role requires excellent proficiency in English communication and the ability to efficiently manage travel logistics, schedules, and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage domestic travel arrangements including flight/train bookings, hotel reservations, and itinerary preparation
- Accompany senior officials during official travel, as and when required
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Draft and handle professional correspondence, emails, and reports in English
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and prepare expense reports
- Liaise with external vendors, travel agencies, hotels, and transport providers
- Ensure seamless execution of travel plans and resolve any travel-related issues promptly
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, administration, or travel coordination
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
