Job Summary
GTPL is hiring an experienced Executive / Sr. Executive – Business Development with expertise in Software & IT Services Sales. The candidate should have experience in selling HRMS Software, Web & Mobile Application Development Services, and Enterprise IT Solutions to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for software and IT services.
- Sell HRMS Software, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and Enterprise Solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Handle the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
