Job Summary
The Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the company’s sales activities and manage digital marketing platforms to promote products. The role involves coordinating with customers, handling online marketing channels, and assisting in expanding sales through digital platforms and market outreach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with existing customers and handle sales inquiries.
- Maintain customer database and order records.
- Follow up with customers for orders and payments.
- Support the sales team in identifying new market opportunities.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Create and post product updates, promotions, and company activities online.
- Respond to online inquiries and customer messages.
- Coordinate digital advertisements and online campaigns.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website if required.
3. Marketing Support
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, posters, and product information.
- Support in organizing promotions, exhibitions, or marketing events.
- Coordinate with design and marketing vendors when needed.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain sales records and digital marketing reports.
- Track online engagement, inquiries, and leads generated through digital channels.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Experience
- 2 years experience in sales or digital marketing preferred.
- Freshers with good digital and communication skills can also apply.

Working Hours
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
