The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and converting leads into sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct follow-up calls with prospective and existing customers.
Product Knowledge
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales details.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
Complaint Handling
- Address customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution.
Required Skills

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer support preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
