About the Role:
VNB Exposition, a premier trade fair and exhibition marketing company based in Pune, is looking for a proactive Telesales Executive. This is a 100% desk job focusing on business development, client relationship management, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Maintain, filter, and update the client database efficiently.
- Tele-Marketing: Make outbound calls to the database to promote upcoming trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Lead Management: Actively follow up with warm leads and handle inquiries.
- After-Sales Coordination: Coordinate with clients post-booking to ensure smooth execution and collection of necessary event deliverables.
Requirements:
- Good communication and persuasive skills over the phone.
- Prior experience in Telesales, tele calling, or customer coordination is preferred (experience in event/exhibition sales is a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency for handling data ( MS EXCEL & Word ).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
