- Prepare personalized diet and meal plans based on individual patient requirements.
- Monitor patient progress and modify diet plans as required.
- Provide nutritional counseling and educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle management.
- Maintain detailed nutrition records, diet charts, consultation notes, and patient progress reports.
- Conduct follow-ups to evaluate patient compliance and effectiveness of dietary recommendations.
- Guide patients on weight management, therapeutic diets, and disease-specific nutrition plans.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and clinical nutrition standards.
- Stay updated with current nutrition research, trends, and best practices.
