Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle automobile servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support. The candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring timely and quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in automobiles.
- Perform servicing, maintenance, inspection, and repair activities.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and regular service checks.
- Inspect vehicles and identify faults or potential technical issues.
- Coordinate with customers, workshop teams, and other departments for service requirements.
- Prepare service reports, job cards, and maintenance records.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding vehicle maintenance.
- Follow company safety standards and service procedures.
- Visit customer locations for field service whenever required.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of automobile systems and mechanical components.
- Basic knowledge of automobile electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical/service manuals.
- Willingness to travel for field service work.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in automobile service, maintenance, workshop, or field service.

- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
