Job Overview
We are looking for a goal-oriented and energetic Telecalling Team Leader to manage, mentor, and drive our daily telecalling operations. You will be responsible for guiding a team of telecallers, driving lead conversions, tracking daily metrics, and ensuring targets are consistently met while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 8–15 telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily call logs, talk time, lead conversion rates, and overall team metrics using CRM tools.
- Quality & Coaching: Conduct regular call audits, provide constructive feedback, and run ongoing sales/communication training sessions.
- Process Execution: Allocate lead databases, optimize calling scripts, and resolve operational bottlenecks on the floor.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular KPI reports (conversion rates, call volume, attendance) to management.
- Escalation Handling: Assist callers with tricky customer queries, complex conversions, or escalated calls.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in telecalling/tele-sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Lead or Senior Supervisor role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, performance management, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and regional languages as required).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software, dialer systems (Auto/Predictive Dialers), and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to read data, identify pipeline gaps, and execute quick corrective strategies.
